Upon arrival, I was taken aback by the uncomfortable room with a dreadful view of a rusty old tank. The room itself was in a deplorable state, with hair, stains, and dirt - definitely the worst I've ever encountered. However, the service was surprisingly courteous, despite some drawbacks like loudness and inconsistency. The location, though beautiful and nicely tucked away, had a few hiccups like early morning disturbances. The dining experience, while minimalistic and overpriced, did not meet value expectations. Overall, a mixed experience with noticeable downsides.

My stay at the hotel was an unforgettable experience. The room, although small, offered a breathtaking ocean view throughout our whole stay, making it truly special. The service, especially from Sarah, exceeded all expectations with the beach and pool staff passing by every two hours with delightful bites. The hotel's location was outstanding, just a short 5-minute walk from the vibrant Duval St center, and the private beach with exceptional service was a real treat. However, the dining experience was a bit disappointing with a high price tag for minimalistic options.
